Dopamine inhibits:
prolactin
aromatase (converts testosterone->estrogen)

Dopamine is made by converting phenylalanine to tyrosine to L-dopa to dopamine. It is inactivated by the enzymes MAO (copper dependent) and COMT (using methyl groups).
